Tech Bradley is very technically competent, thorough, and customer focus. He correctly and efficiently corrected our water loss, while saving us some money on cost, and increasing our water pressured/flow by cleaning filters. Also, Bradley took the time to educate me. Brad did top notch work installing my water softener. He was methodical, had attention to detail and cared about his work. He communicated throughout the process. I had to have extra piping installed due to the location of the shutoff valve. He had the leveler out making sure the pipes were straight. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Brad!
