spoke with the landlord about the shower valve issue new renters just arrived to the home and noticed that there was no hot water for the back right bathroom shower. The owner approved of replacing the shower cartridge options over the phone for other solutions. Customer only wanted for the shower cartridge to be replaced was able to locate the glacier Bay cartridge and restore Hot water back to the shower note that the shower plumbing was put in backwards, most likely done during the pipe that was performed at a time

Flow pros was called out to repair hot water issues. No work was done on this appointment and estimates were given.

Shut off water to the home. Cut out and remove existing gate valve and refrigerator supply line. Furnish and install up to 30 feet of new half-inch PEX water piping from garage to attic and drop down behind the refrigerator. Cut out small piece of drywall to set icemaker box with valve in the wall and connect new waterline install refrigerator supply line test work upon completion.

We will install a new clean out and hydro scrub the lines in the home most importantly the laundry and kitchen line to were the vent had separated and caused improper venting and drainage issues, with the hydro scrub this will restore the flow to the home and allow for future service if ever needed through the cleanout location we will be adding, we will evaluate the kitchen sink area and install a AAV to ensure proper venting to the waste lines as required by UPC guild lines. Located where the stack was broken inside of the guest bathroom wall cut the drywall open to repair the stack. Also located where the pipe exits the building cut that section out and install the two way clean out the same stack that we had the repairs the same stack I had the Hydro scrub down to be able to clear the blockage in the kitchen and laundry. Flow Pros was called out to clear a stoppage. Upon arrival we found that the main line was backed up. We ran the camera from where the last line was jetted, and the line was still clear. Upon arrival to give estimate to run a gas line from the meter to the pool heater it’s approximately 20 feet will need dig a trench 18 inches deep, install a T at meter and install a shut off valve to make connection to pool heater. Will need to pull permit and once passed code will then come back and backfill. Ran 45’ of 3/4”poly pipe under ground. Pipe was installed bellow 18” of the ground. Also provided 2 pressure regulators one for the main house and one for the pool heater. Connected the pool heater with the new line and tested. Backfilled the dirt and tested the pool heater .

I arrived to the customers home for a stoppage in the main line When I pulled the toilet I noticed they had the wrong toilet flange installed so regale an estimate for replacing it along with snaking the slime and clearing the stoppage To pull your toilet and cable the line then replace the toilet flange with a new one 1 year warranty

Upon arrival noticed the drain line on the right side of the building was clogged. Customer informed that they tried to have it snaked and then the company or maintenance employee discovered it was a sub pump. Remove the float and sent direct power to the pump was able to drain down the system Was unable to locate by probing had to perform the preapproved camera inspection was able to use the locator and the camera to find the sub pump basin. It was located partially underneath the step and the sidewalk that is next to the side door or the drain line is exposed and the candy cane style venting is , created a quote for new grinder pump replacement and removing of the concrete

Today we went out and looked at toilet the needed to be replaced quoted customer supplied toilet and checked and looked at all of the other fixtures in the house and on property.
