Running a new waterline and strapping a new hose bib to the side of the house. This will be done in half inch waterline. Hose bib will be mounted to the stucco. All waterlines will be tested. Also will be attempting to takeoff the existing vacuum breaker on the hose bib towards the rear of the home and replacing with a new vacuum breaker. Water line is ran and in good working condition. 2 year warranty on parts and labor.

Technician Identified a main line clog and he source of the leak. Options have been written up for cabling, camera inspecting and repairs on the toilet. First landlord was called and instructed the technician to clog the other land lord that is over the property. Technician called twice and the home went straight to voicemail, the voice mail was unable to take messages

Installed the main valve trim and cut the extension handle rod and trim rod and set the trim in place and mounted and installed the side sprayer supply and shower head and hose to the wall mount and removed the chrome toilet angle stop and and pipe wall trim and installed the new gold angle stop and trim Will return once they are ready to install 2 gold basket strainers and drain lines and disposal with air button

This quote is for a Navien tankless water heater. This will be a condensing unit that will produce 12 GPM. Unit will be installed with new gas line and valve, new water lines with brass isolation valves, new venting. Unit will come with a 15 year manufacture warranty 2 year labor warranty. This unit qualifies for a $550 teco rebate. Old water heater has been removed. New tankless heater is installed. should no leaks. I went over the function of the unit with the customer. Tested the function of the unit. Water is getting hot properly. Customer paid with check no other issues at this time

Attempted to Hydro scrub the kitchen and laundry line from the clean out remove the clean out so the debris could fall into a hole and not fill up the customers septic tank how the house was plumbed. It is impossible to correctly. Hydro scrub the kitchen and laundry had to resort to cabling out the lines, moving it out as much as possible and using the vent stacks with a Ford head, Jetter at a Low to medium psi to prevent any back washing of the water into the sink or out the laundry drain customer approved of this to remove the gunk and buildup out of the sewer line so the customer could use their laundry and kitchen once more price was reduced

Customer had leaking 40 gallon natural gas water heater. Replaced with a new natural gas tankless water heater. Water heater was installed with new piping new shut off valves. New gas line new venting. Everything is working as should no leaks. Water heater is getting hot. Water heater comes with a 15 year manufacture warranty to your labor warranty. no other issues at this time

Met a company employee out on site informed flow pros on the clogged roof drain at the back left side of the restaurant located the outlet drain behind the restaurant in the back roadway and noticed a trickle of water coming out of the drain. Ran a camera up the drain 30 feet and found a blockage of Foam was able to clear the drain from the outlet drain removing the foam and other debris from the roof that accumulated in the drain, causing the clog The invoice was sent to the email and the company will contact flow pros with payment

Performed a camera inspection on the main sewer line, identifying the buildup throughout the sewer line. The house has a 3 inch PVC main that wrapped around the back of the house to the left side of the house to the city. Tap connection house most likely was on a septic tank at one point, due to the design of the sewer line coming from the back, the 3 inch sewer line is under Sized for the sewage and waste and water has to travel it isover 100 feet of main line and would recommend upgrading to 4 inch. In the meantime, the line was exposed at a damaged to a clean out on the left side of the house cutting out the damaged fitting and proceeding to perform a hydra scrub on the sewer line, removing the grease sludge and flake buildup in the sewer line. Most the buildup was caused from the kitchen. It is grease buildup after cleaning. The drain line performed a final camera inspection to verify that there was no buildup left in the sewer line. This quote is for a two bathroom waterline re-pipe. We will be re-piping from the Watermain, which is existing PVC material. Watermain will enter the home with new shut off valve new hose bib, new pressure relief valve required by code. We will be piping in a half bath with standing shower with new shower valve, new shower pan new mop sink. We will be piping in new waterlines for laundry valve. Laundry valves will get hammer arrestors with new supply lines. Water heater will be moved from existing location into the garage area. The faucets as countertops are not standard mounted three-piece faucet in bathroom had to completely take out the flange as previous contractor put in the flange, the wrong way set new flange with spacer piece in order to, make up the height difference. Installed new one piece toilet with. Custom handle also had to change out the fill valve The toilet was not shutting off. All new angle stops with escutcheons. Put in new supply lines for the three-piece faucet in the bathroom picked up new garbage, disposal flange black to match the sink installed a new garbage disposal waiting on electrician to finish electrical wiring to plug into the disposal. Shower trim needs clarification on customize piece. Also tile worker needs to drill and mounting bracket for shower wand. This will have to be done at a later time.
