I arrived to the customers home for a stoppage in the laundry When I arrived the actual washing machine was the problem when I arrived it was full of water I tried the drain it and it worked do I filled it of a heavy duty cycle and tried to drain it No warranty

Customer had leaking toilet at the base. Did a pull and reset put a flange repair kit on found that the flange was bowing out. Put on a new wax ring and closet bolts tested the toilet multiple times no leaking on the toilet. Also had a dishwasher leaking And the customer that can no longer use the dishwasher until it is replaced. Customer needed a new shut off valve and a new dual stop but refuse work on the second day that I returned. Comes with a warranty parts and labor on our parts, only only work that was performed was on the toilet Downstairs no other issues at this time

I arrived to the customers home for a estimate on 3 broken fill valves I gave the estimate and the customer denied No warranty

I arrived to the customers business for a a leaking fill valve on the toilet To remove your fill valve and flapper gasket then replace them 6 month warranty

Did a rescale on the tankless water heater in the garage. Cleaned out the filters did a full scale for an hour. Water flushed clean and did a full flush on the unit. No other issues at this time with the heater. Customer also had a sewer gas smell coming from the upstairs Sink that is only caused by grease and customers going to clean the P-trap. No other issues at this time customer paid by check.

I arrived to the customers home for a stoppage in the kitxhen and laundry I snaked the sewer from the roof vent then ran the camera and found very old cast iron with lots of build up and it was holding water No warranty

Customer had two Kohler toilets that had broken flush valves. This required finding the specific item for the flush valve. The flush valves were rebuilt and put back together. I tested both flush valves. They are working properly. Also checked all the other flush valves in the building, reset two flush valves that had come apart. All the toilets are functioning properly now also there was two Sloan Sensor faucet the battery packs had worn out took the battery packs out and replaced with a new battery pack. Also, reset the sensors faucets are now working properly. All work comes to the one year warranty parts and labor. No other issues at this time.

Pulled toilet and there was a rubber flange quick repair in place that was not needed causing toilet to leak over time reset resealed and tested for leaks. Caulked around base. And cleaned area. Need to pull toilet inspect flange reset reseal and test for leaks comes with one one year no leak guarantee from base of toilet?

Diagnostic findings, the second pump is failed. The motor is locked up and no longer working. Check the drain lines and the pump and the electrical on the junction with the breakers note that the first pump is working overtime and does not have much life left to give the floats that kicked the pump on and off, tangled up and preventing the drainage system to work properly and holding too much waste in the basin, giving very little room before the alarm would kick on to warn that the tank is too high of waste was able to adjust the floats at this time to give the drainage system a bit of a break and not overpower singular at this time
