I arrived to the customers home for a leaking pipe in the wall I cut out a section of 2 half inch pipes on the hot side and attached them to a 3/4 line 6 month warranty

Mr Claudelle is going to purchase her own disposal and call for me to install when it arrives she was referred to us by Scott O plumbing, she said she didn’t want to pay a deposit just in case the disposal is delayed I educated her on the potential for damage to her cabinets if she doesn’t act quickly

Camera line from cleaned out downstream and locate the problem. There will be video footage and photos and pinpoint location if any issues or found. Owner is in Colorado. I reached out to her by phone. We agreed on the Camera and locate estimate. Around the camera from a clean out in ack of building. I got about 94 feet before I had a blockage. I grabbed a locator and pinpointed out where the issue is occurring. I grabbed my shovel and dug up the section of pipe which is cast-iron. I also located another clean out on the backside of system before lift station. Ran the camera to that clean out. See all attach photos and videos. I left the property owner a few estimates one for a Hydroscrub and the other for a sewer replacement

Once the leak detection team locates the leak, we will return to perform the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, the leak detection was unable to find the source during this visit. We will coordinate further steps to ensure the issue is accurately diagnosed and resolved promptly.

This job is to repair a slab leak on the Watermain behind the water heater. We will have to remove the water heater on the built-in stand once the water heater and stand is removed. We will begin to jackhammer the floor to expose the water leak. Once determine if the leak is repairable, we will make every attempt to repair the leak. After the leak is repaired we will do a full pressure test and then replace cement with hydraulic cement. This will be on a sliding range from 2600 to 2900 depending on the scope of the work. Flow Pros was called out for a leak under a home. After investigation i found that the waste arm is leaking in the kitchen wall as water pooled up outside the kitchen window. Brad was here in Oct 2023 snaking the kitchen stack and customer wanted to know if that had anything to do with it.
