Flow Pros was called out for a broken off shower arm. The shower arm is broken flush with the drop ear. This is the first attempt at removing the shower arm. Flow Pros will retrieve an extraction tool and attempt to extract the broken off piece. If extracted, the customer supplied shower arm will be installed. If the piece cannot be extracted, Flow Pros must break tile in the shower to allow for the repair. If tile has to be broken additional charges will apply

Flow Pros was called out for a clogged toilet. When i arrived customer said his mother may have dropped a diaper down the toilet. I was able to auger the toilet and pull the diaper out. Flow Pros cannot warranty clogs when foreign material is in the drain. Job paid in full and complete toilet is flushing properly.

When i arrived onsite the leak detection had the wall open. I cut out the old pipe and soldered in new copper. Turned the water back on no leaks. Job complete and paid in full. 1 year warranty on all parts and labor

Went back out leak detection said water is coming in from an exterior crack. I put my pressure gauge on the hose bib and leaving it on there to see if there is a difference. Will revisit

Arrived onsite to a hose bib that was connected with a female shark bite. I took out the shark bite and soldered on a new female and installed a new 1/4 turn hose bib. No leaks job paid in full and complete

Dig up right side of house to install a rain water French drain system two separate legs 30-40 long both terminate in sump pump box with discharge pipe to street also connect two down spouts and grade ground to drains. three French drains are installed. All three downspouts have been tied into the French drain system. This was done using corrugated pipe, shell and cheese cloth. Put in a 40 gallon half horsepower pump with catch basin. I did a test on the pump pump, jacks, water, I should we ran the water to the backyard where slopes down to a common area. The yard has been backfilled to the best of my ability. There is two mounds of dirt. Customer is going to reuse those. I’ll work comes with a one-year warranty, parts and labor. Customer paid with check. No other issues at this time.
