Customer had a complaint of a rotten XML on the hot water side. After talking to the customer found out that the hot water was smelling all through the house. The customer didn’t want the anode rod in the water heater changed. This was a hybrid water heater. The anode rod has been pulled, and the existing and rod did show signs of significant wear.
