Customer had half-inch waterline in the kitchen that was leaking at a coupling. I cut out the old coupling and glued in a new coupling with a new riser going to the existing shut off valve. The new fitting is holding and not leaking. Customer also had a leaking hose at the front of the home. I put on a new hose bib, a female fitting and if the hose fails, customers able to unthread and put a new one on. No other issues at this time I’ll work with a two year warranty parts and labor.

Upon arrival the owner of the building met me in the yard, he renovated the property top to bottom including replacing all the plumbing drainage systems they put in a new septic system 1500gallons with leach field, additional to that a pump station with grind pump, that the GFCI was tripped when I arrived leaching household waist out of the ground see photos attached for reference, once pump had turned on it immediately pumped all that waist down and alleviated the issue. Advised home owner on adding an alarm and battery back up system to avoid future issues also shoul have licensed electrician take a look at wiring to find out what caused the tripping of the GFCI relay outlet.

Recently, I installed a water softener for a customer in Seffner, FL, to address hard water issues. The system, a Fleck 5600SXT, was expertly integrated into the home's plumbing. This installation ensures the removal of minerals like calcium and magnesium, improving water quality and extending the lifespan of appliances. The customer can now enjoy softer water for bathing, cleaning, and cooking throughout their home.

Flow Pros was called out for a clogged main and kitchen sjnk. These are isolated isssues. Flow Pros identified a clogged main line. Flow Pros cabled the main line and relieved the clog. A camera was ran and about 30’ from the Cleanout. Flow Pros marked the section of pipe of which should be replaced due to a misalignment and grease build up. It is likely the kitchen drain is completely clogged with grease. Flow Pros also identified a broken kitchen drain pipe. Tenants have Been instructed not to use the kitchen sink. Flow Pros recommends accessing the crawl space and tracing the kitchen drain to where it exits the home for further diag.

Flow Pros was called out for a mainline clog. Upon arrival there was toilet paper around the cleanout that had the cap off of it though it was holding no water. The kitchen sink which was down stream of the empty cleanout, was filled with approx. 6 Gallons of water. Being that the upstream cleanout was not holding water and the down stream sink was, this indicated either the kitchen and mainline were clogged independently or the kitchen drain is piped in separate from the mainline. Flow Pros ran water in the bathroom and the clean out outside poured over indicating the mainline was still clogged. Flow Pros cabled then mainline from the cleanout and relieved the stoppage. There appears to have been paper towels pulled back on the cable. Once cleared, water was ran in the bathroom again and flow could be seen at the entry point of the septic tank. The kitchen drain was still holding water. The kitchen drain was cabled about 15’ out and a hard obstruction was felt that could not be cable
