Flow Pros was called out for a clogged main and kitchen sjnk. These are isolated isssues. Flow Pros identified a clogged main line. Flow Pros cabled the main line and relieved the clog. A camera was ran and about 30’ from the Cleanout. Flow Pros marked the section of pipe of which should be replaced due to a misalignment and grease build up. It is likely the kitchen drain is completely clogged with grease. Flow Pros also identified a broken kitchen drain pipe. Tenants have Been instructed not to use the kitchen sink. Flow Pros recommends accessing the crawl space and tracing the kitchen drain to where it exits the home for further diag.
Flow Pros was called out for a mainline clog. Upon arrival there was toilet paper around the cleanout that had the cap off of it though it was holding no water. The kitchen sink which was down stream of the empty cleanout, was filled with approx. 6 Gallons of water. Being that the upstream cleanout was not holding water and the down stream sink was, this indicated either the kitchen and mainline were clogged independently or the kitchen drain is piped in separate from the mainline. Flow Pros ran water in the bathroom and the clean out outside poured over indicating the mainline was still clogged. Flow Pros cabled then mainline from the cleanout and relieved the stoppage. There appears to have been paper towels pulled back on the cable. Once cleared, water was ran in the bathroom again and flow could be seen at the entry point of the septic tank. The kitchen drain was still holding water. The kitchen drain was cabled about 15’ out and a hard obstruction was felt that could not be cable

Upon arrival, I performed a diagnostic on the issue in the guest bathroom right behind the garage, near the side bedrooms. The toilet is leaking from the base when flushed. It is not rocking and nothing looks damaged. I will need a pull and reset and perform an inspection of the flange to see what type it is. The customer is also having issues with the filling mechanism. I provided a complimentary estimate and informed Liberty Home Guard of the issues and they made a report.
Customer stated that the laundry valve on the hot side was leaking found that both valves were leaking hot and cold cold side had no handle and was completely calcified. Replaced both laundry valves, hot and cold. Also put on two new escutcheons after replacing the valves I did hook up the waterlines and check for leaks. Water is now operational for the washing machine. No other issues at this time work comes with a one-year warranty, parts and labor.
