Customer had an issue several months back had a company come out and run a camera and located roots in the main sewer line. This is near a city tap clean out the roots seem to be coming from a broken two-way, clean out most likely ran over by a lawnmower and cracked the thin wall piping. Customer does not want the whole sewer line replaced would like the section cut out in the roots removed flow pros quotes to remove the soil up to the 4 inch main sewer line that is thin and will cut out up to 5 feet of piping and reinstall new schedule 40 PVC with thin wall, transition fittings and per code transition Couplings , once the system is connected, this will also include a new two-way, clean out with riser and cat that will be exposed above the soil for future use thoroughly to make sure there’s no imperfections Or issues with the newly installed pipe flow will reinstall the soil will attempt to save as much grass as possible Pros is not responsible for any other sewer piping in the home. Customer had leaking shower handle in the hallway bathroom. This was due to a faulty cartridge that eroded overtime. Put in a new shower cartridge. Shower valve is now working properly is no longer leaking. The new cartridge was lubricated to help once this one wears out. Shower function is back to normal. Work comes with a two-year warranty parts and labor. No other issues at this time.

Flow Pros was walled out to give an estimate to run new water lines for washing machine in the garage. Gave customer estimate and the estimate was approved. Work scheduled to be completed on tuesday morning.

Looked over the customers toilet it is an old American standard over 50 years. Old customer was looking to possibly rebuild it, but due to the components in the toilet, it is unable to be rebuilt. Could possibly put an aftermarket parts but they may not fit. Customer wanted options on replacing the toilet, an email with options for customer supplied and then two types of toilet customer is going to speak with family member and discuss what option they wanna do No dispatch fee was discussed

Customer had a camera inspection done by previous plumbing and company several months ago found roots in the line customers wanted to take care of the issue. It is a section of 4 inch thin wall PVC customer showed me the video footage. Looks to be A damaged two-way cleanout that is broken down in the piping and allowing roots to grow in that section of pipe removed sent over a quote for replacement As well, a okey-dokey, water treatment estimate

Flow Pros was called out to look at a toilet with issues. Customer has a 1989 Briggs toilet, not ready to upgrade yet. I changed out the fill valve, angle stop, and supply line. Turned the water back on no leaks. Job paid in full and complete. Flow Pros warranties repairs for 30 days

Flow Pros was called out for a toilet backing up. When i got onsite i ran the sink and the toilet filled along with the tub. I gave customer price to cable from the roof and he approved. I ran about 75 ft of cable and cleared the clog. I pulled back hair and a wipe. Customer states they do use wipes and i told him do not use them anymore as they cause clogs. No warranty on stoppage due to wipe usage. Everything is flowing great. Job complete and paid in full

Flow Pros was called out for a leaking toilet. When i got onsite i noticed the tank to bowl bolts were leaking. I changed them out and filled the toilet. No leak. Toilet is a very old Mansfield. I advised customer that there is no warranty on the toilet due to the age of it. Job is paid in full and complete

Upon arrival met the store manager. The store manager informed me that they had an employee that admitted to flushing down feminine products in the toilet after testing the sink and checking the floor drain only the toilet was clogged the manager approved of doing the toilet auger to restore flow back to the toilet during the cleaning process of using electric auger, pulled back feminine products that were caught in the toilet. The district manager is going to pay with a credit card will be sending over a invoice with pay link

Arrived onsite customer had a toilet running. I swapped out the fill valve and it corrected the issue. Job paid in full. Job complete

Customer had a leak and half inch waterline for shower valve near the back of the home cut out the leaking section of pipe and replaced with new section of pipe. Everything is working as should no leaks. All work comes with a one-year warranty, parts and labor on our parts only, the wall was already open by restoration company and will need to be patched by restoration company. No other issues at this time.

Arrived onsite customer had a toilet that needed rebuilt along with a new handle. Customer saw water damage in the drywall in the master bathroom. I pulled access panel and could not see any water or drain lines leaking. Job paid in full and complete
