Customer had leaking bathroom faucet. Installed customer supplied faucet with new supply lines resealed the P-trap faucet is working properly. Also, customer had leaking shower in the master bathroom. Put in a new shower cartridge had to cut out the old bonnet nut as it was seized on the shower valve. Shower is working properly. However, the valve is in rough shape. Customer is aware of that. All comes with a two-year warranty, parts and labor on our parts only. No other issues at this time.

Installed a customer supplied 1/2 horsepower badger five disposal. It was a straight swap out due to the customer having a badger 1/2 hp previously there that was not working anymore. Customer purchased their own there is no warranty on customer supplied parts only a one year warranty on installation and parts used by flow plumbing.

Customer had two issues. One was a sound coming from the shower valve that flow pros installed and a random moisture underneath the kitchen sink when the water was ran in the master bathroom the customer noticed a sound within the wall. The piping is CPVC. Took the access panel off behind the shower valve and tested the water to find that the valve itself was moving a little tightened down the valve and make sure the waterlines were secure and the leak was coming from a connection on the Faucet Customer is going to order a new one.

Returned to install the proper size toilet in the master bathroom previously the customer wanted the toilet replaced and purchased a toilet but it was a 12 inch rough and the customer needed a 10 inch rough customer picked up a new toilet, removed the old toilet and hardware and assembled and installed the new 10 inch rough American standard toilet flow pros discarded of all debris And the toilet all new hardware and seals were installed with a new toilet

Provided an estimate to do a full replacement on the urinal in the men’s bathroom, and to remove a urinal toilet and run a cutterhead through the drain line and treat the drain lines with a calcium dissolving product to fully remove the buildup out of the line after the cable has chewed up and broke up the calcium

Flow Pros removed the p trap and accordion drain from the vanity and install a tubular extension and new p trap to remedy the corrosion and do away with the accordion drain. The sink was also draining slow. Flow Pros cleared the pop up and restored proper flow

Flow pros quotes to access the clean out that was previously located by another plumbing company at the front right side of the home underneath the master Window customer is the original owner of the home and has not had a deep cleaning done to the drain lines.
