The tankless heater comes with 7 year manufacture warranty. The heater will be installed with new piping, new isolation valves for proper cleaning. Customer is selling home and had a home inspection. Found that the basket strainer on the kitchen sink was leaking. Replace the basket strainer with new putty and a new tubular tailpiece. All new pieces were sealed and tested. Ran plenty of water no drips. Also sink in the downstairs bathroom had a reversed, accordion style P-trap. This was due to improper placement of the sanitary tea. I cut out the sanitary tea installed a new one with a new tubular P-trap. Work has been sealed and properly tested. No dripping. Flow Pros was called out for a kitchen sink stoppage. When i got onsite customer had island sink backing up into main sink. I took off the studor vent under the island sink it was immediately overflowing. I attempted to snake with various cables and heads and kept getting stuck roughly 20 feet in with heavy grease build up. Drain line is going to need to be hydro jetted to remove the grease. Job paid in full as deposit for hydro jet. We will be coming out 5/22 to do hydrojet
