Flow Pros was called out to give an estimate on 3 Kohler Pressure assisted toilets. Customer already has one installed and wants the other to match. I will be sending customer estimate for us to supply and for customer supplied.
Flow Pros was called out for various issues. When i arrived customer showed me the tub draining slow, the toilet in the master was not filling, the shower dripping and the shower drain was leaking, and low water pressure throughout the home. I gave customer pricing and she approved. Started with the tub drain, pulled out hair and Barbie clothes, tub draining great. I rebuilt the toilet and it was working properly. I unthreaded the shower drain and saw someone used silicone that was not holding. I cleaned it up and applied putty around the drain and threaded it back in so there were no more leaks. The shower cartridge was so corroded into the valve that it would not come. I advised customer that most likely the valve is in the same shape and recommend changing out the valve that will come with a new cartridge. As far as the water pressure, i went to the customers water softener and it is a newer clack softener. I put the softener in bypass mode and the water pressure went up very much s
Flow Pros was called out for a sewer smell in bathroom and took look at an older softner. When i arrived onsite i took a look at the double vanity. The left side sink had a far run to the p trap so i knew it would be clogged with debris. I cleaned out all of the tubular and pop up assembly’s. Put back together made sure the sinks drained and there was no leaks. Also, i am sending estimate to customer for new mixed bed system. There is already a loop in the garage. Job is complete and paid in full. ***did not install new supply line, no line item to clean tubular in pricebook***
