Customer had a bad shower valve cartridge. This ended up being a full brass thermostatic shower valve cartridge. The new cartridge is now installed and working properly. Customer is able to control hot and cold water now. However, the selector valve to turn the valve on and off is worn out. I’ve got that as tight as I can get, going to get the customer a price and see if we can swap that out as well. I’ll work with a two year warranty parts and labor on our parts only. No other issues at this time.

Flow Pros was called out for a clog. Toilet was gurgling when sink was run. I got on the roof and snaked roughly 40 feet to clear clog. Flow Pros cannot warranty stoppages until we camera the sewer first. I went back inside and ran everything and flushed toilet and everything was draining as it should. Job paid in full via check and complete. I will be sending customer price to replace water heater and add a softener in.
