Customer had a bad shower valve cartridge. This ended up being a full brass thermostatic shower valve cartridge. The new cartridge is now installed and working properly. Customer is able to control hot and cold water now. However, the selector valve to turn the valve on and off is worn out. New expansion tank. everything is working as should no leaks. Water heater is getting hot. Expansion tank has been pumped to 75 psi.
