Process warranty and reinstall

Customer had seized garbage disposal.this was due to rusting out. Customer decided to replace with a 3:4 stainless steel garbage disposal. Also had a side sprayer on the kitchen faucet that was not working. Installed a new single arm kitchen faucet with soap dispenser. Everything is working as should no leaks. All work comes with a 2 year warranty parts and labor. No other issues at this time.

Customer had bathroom faucet and the hallway bathroom that needed to be changed. Took out the existing faucet and replaced with a new customer supplied faucet. I did reuse the existing supply lines. I did check the seal on those and they are still good. Put in new pop-up assembly with new sealant and plumbers putty. Also put in new Farrell for the P-trap. Everything is working as should no leaks. All work comes with a two-year warranty parts and labor on our parts only no other issues at this time.

Snake laundry drain from shoot.. then strap all lose plumbing to re establish the proper pitch There is no warranty on any work preformed today . Clog or strapping of old pipe . This should all be replace and done properly Snake laundry line there is some kind of blockage in the sweep i was able to clear.. pipes are old cast iron.. No warranty .. I strap plumbing to wall and conveyed laundry drain in the proper shoot. No warranty with hat as well pipes are old a brittle.. Need new kitchen faucet.. i ran test on delta faucet took apart and put back together batteries and brain .. Job is complete for now.

Customer had an issue with a leak in their rental property, it was coming from the laundry sink upstairs. It is a shallow mount basket strainer will be replacing with a metal basket. Strainer and reconnecting onto the tubular drainage will test the new parts and drain line thoroughly to verify that there is no other leaks. Warranty one year parts and labor

Wanted tankless water heater replaced. Customer was experiencing intermittent hot water at certain times. Customer informed me that they wanted to start over with a new unit. The new unit has been installed with new brass isolation valves also put in a new gas regulator. This unit has been fully tested unit is turning on properly. Unit has been fully registered. This unit will come with a 15 year warranty on the heat exchanger five year parts warranty on all other material on the heater to your labor warranty. No other issues at this time.

Replace existing toilet

Customer has a slab leak near the water heater on the hot side. This is in 1/2 inch copper. The slab will be removed once removed a repair will be attempted. I did make the customer aware that the copper might be compromised or too thin to repair. Once repair is made hydraulic cement will be used to fill in the hole. I will also have to cut some framing I will make an attempt to put back but no guarantee. Also replacing a 40 gallon electric water heater with a new 40 gallon water heater electric. This will be put in with new pan, new shutoff valve. Water heater will come with a 6 year warranty on the tank and 2 year labor warranty. Customer has financed through green sky.

Mrs.lynn has one more est she is getting today she will call us once completed she is requesting that I be the installer when she decides to go with flow pros, I will follow up in am if we don’t hear back before.

Customer got estimate from Lowe’s. I price matched. He was expecting what Angie’s list suggested for cost of job 400 and something dollars. I told him that that was absolutely the Rockbottom not done by a licensed professional. Customer's galvanized 1/2 inch stub outs are deteriorating due to electrolysis. Repaired the one in front of the home and will return to replace the others with new brass. The customer's water heater, from 1997, needs upgrading to a natural gas tankless model. Also noted that the main shut-off valve is an old, non-functional gate style and recommended replacement for emergency situations.
