Brad and i arrived onsite to pull toilet and put on a Zurn wall mount wax seal. Reset toilet and flushed it a bunch of times no leak. Caulked all around toilet for extra support. When Brad and i left there was no leak. Job complete

This quote is to take out existing tank, water heater and tankless water heater. This is split between the garage and closet next to the master bathroom. They are having a gas company put in a gas tankless heater on the exterior. We are going to run waterlines to the new exterior tankless water heater. And loop back into where They originally tied in. After that point, we will run a waterline from the hot side up through the attic into the hot side, where the tankless was next to the master bathroom. We will then Off the cold side line, going to the previous tankless next to the master bathroom and tie into the hot so that the master bathroom and hallway bathroom can receive hot water. This job will be done to code straps in the attic to code. Piping will be UV coated on the outside. This will be approximately a one day job. We will dispose of old tank heater. 2 year warranty parts and labor.
