Flow Pros was called out for a leaking water heater. After reading the history, Donavan installed the water heater July 2023. After diagnosis i found that the heater itself is leaking. The unit is not currently occupied. I called owner and asked when he would like Donavan to come out to swap the heater, owner said he would call the office Tuesday to schedule the new heater install. Flow Pros was called back out for a p trap leaking and a toilet not tight. I looked at the p trap and it looks like one of the nuts got cross threaded so i took it off and reinstalled it. Tested no leaks. As far as the toilets they were all very tight and i made sure by tightening the bolts more. No charge job complete. Thank you!

Flow Pros was called out for a clog. When i got onsite the toilet was backing up into the shower. I got on the roof and snaked roughly 60 feet to clear clog. I did pull back wipes on the snake head. I advised customer not to flush wipes as they cause clogs Flow Pros does not warranty stoppages due to many variables. Everything is draining as it should. Job paid in full and complete. Flow Pros was called out homeowner is selling home and home inspector noted 2 corrugated p traps needed changed out to hard piped, changing out a tub spout, 2 toilets that are loose, 1 Lav faucet handle loose, and a shower handle loose. Starting in the downstairs bathroom, i changed out both p traps under the sink up to code. I took off the old tub spout and installed new and caulked it. I tightened the toilet bolts also. Upstairs bathroom, i tightened the faucet handles and they are no longer loose. I tightened the toilet bolts and as far as the shower handle, the Allen screw is all the way tight. The handle is designed to spin 360 degrees. The handle is not loose. Tested everything for leaks, no leaks. Flow Pros warranties repairs for 30 days. Job paid in full and complete. Thank you!
