Flowpros was called out to camera sewer line. I was out on Friday and cabled over 100 feet attempt to clear clog. When i got onsite today i camera from the cleanout to the city tap and line was clear. Toilets were flushing. Cast iron was in very rough shape and needs replaced. Flow Pros was called out for a main line stoppage. Customer Said both bathrooms were backed up. I got on the roof and snaked 10 feet and cleared clog. Flow Pros does not warranty stoppages. Flushed toilets and ran showers and sinks everything flowing. Job paid in full and complete

Flow Pros was called out for a water heater t&p letting out water again. I tested the water pressure and it was reading 70. The water heater elements were working fine but the thermostats were not. Customer said water was reading 140 degrees. I swapped out the thermostats and they were working correctly after new install. Warranty job complete. Customer did not want to install an expansion tank and just wanted thermostats replaced. I advised customer we would have to charge next time we’re out to install an expansion tank.

I gave customer price to replace all of the plumbing under the sink and to just add a tailpiece. I added the tailpiece and had to keep the accordion drain due to the pitch of the pipe. Flow Pros cannot warranty any work done today due to known drain pitch issues and customer is very aware of this. Job is paid in full and complete.

I snaked the tub and pulled back hair and building material from construction. No warranty on clog due to foreign material. I advised customer to see if they see water from the tub again. Tested everything in the bathroom and could not find “leak”. No water was present when i was there. Job paid in full and complete

Flow Pros was called out to replace a tubeular flange on 2 basket strainers. Gave price of $317 customer agreed with the price. When i went to replace the tubular flange, the pvc p trap was not lining up properly due to pre existing conditions the whole drain is not piped in properly. Flow pros cannot warranty any work due to the condition of the pipe.

Flow Pros was called out for a broken toilet and frozen angle stop. When i arrived onsite customer had a broken flush valve on his Kohler 1 piece toilet. I had to go to the supply house to get the flush valve since it is toilet specific. Rebuilding the toilet with new flush and fill valve, and new flapper. Also will be replacing the angle stop with new braided supply line. Installed new no leaks everything working great. Job paid in full job complete. Flow Pros warranties all parts and labor for 1 year.

This quote is to install a new 40 gallon electric lowboy. We will take out existing heater. Discard install new heater with new pan new shut off valve new piping where possible new electrical connections going from the electrical whip water heater come with a six year warranty on the tank, when your warranty parts and labor on all of the material.

Flow Pros was called out for a leaking water heater. When i got onsite there was less than an 1/8 in of water in the pan so it does not seem to be the water heater leaking. Customer just got back into town and noticed water in the pan. The cpvc t&p was wet so it looks like the valve opened to relieve pressure causing water to be in the pan. We put a paper towel under the t&p and customer is going to monitor it. Adrian installed this heater in April 2023. Customer did say that they do have high water pressure here at this townhome and she is the last unit. Job complete. Customer will call back if there is anymore issues

This quote is to install for customer supplied toilets. I will be picking up the toilets from Home Depot that the customer already purchased. We will be replacing existing toilets with new wax ring, new closet, bolts, new supply line, if needed and new shims if needed toilets will be caulked down to the floor. And fully tested, and made sure working properly. Toilets that customer purchased did not fit the Ruffin for the plumbing. I had to return the toilets to Home Depot. Customer then purchased for Gerber viper comfort height, toilet with wooden seats. These toilets Flow Pros provided and purchased. All toilets are installed with new wax rings, new closet bolts. All toilets have been sealed to the floor. All toilets have been tested and our flushing properly. I’ll work comes with a one-year warranty parts and labor. No other issues at this Time.

Going to install a new one and a half cubic foot mix bed softener and carbon filter. This will be installed to code with new piping new shut off valves for proper isolation. This is going to get a new drain line. Unit is going to come with 200 pounds of solar salt. System will come with a 10 year warranty on the tank five year warranty on control head one year warranty, parts and labor on all other material. This install should take roughly 3 to 4 hours. System will be fully tested and gone through with the customer after it is installed .
