Customer had 14 year-old electric 50 gallon water heater that was turning on and off intermittently. Customer decided to replace with a new 50 gallon electric water heater. This was put in with new piping new shut off valve. I did reinstall the existing recirculation pump. Recirculation pump has been programmed to the customer settings. Water heater comes with a six year warranty on the tank to your parts and labor warranty on all other material. Customer paid with check no other issues at this time.

Flow Pros was called out to look at a tub drain and a toilet. Customer wanted to change out the tub drain so i installed a new drain plug and overflow plate. In the other bathroom customer had a toilet they wanted replaced. When i pulled the toilet i saw the flange was broken. I pulled out the old flange and installed new with glue and tapcons.
