Customer had 14 year-old electric 50 gallon water heater that was turning on and off intermittently. Customer decided to replace with a new 50 gallon electric water heater. This was put in with new piping new shut off valve. I did reinstall the existing recirculation pump. Recirculation pump has been programmed to the customer settings. Water heater comes with a six year warranty on the tank to your parts and labor warranty on all other material. Customer paid with check no other issues at this time.
Flow Pros was called out to look at a tub drain and a toilet. Customer wanted to change out the tub drain so i installed a new drain plug and overflow plate. In the other bathroom customer had a toilet they wanted replaced. When i pulled the toilet i saw the flange was broken. I pulled out the old flange and installed new with glue and tapcons. I also installed a new American standard toilet and supply line. I grouted the toilet and checked for leaks. Flow Pros warranties repairs for 30 days. Job paid in full via check. Thank you!
Flow Pros was called out to give an estimate on replacing a water heater and a main shut off. Customer asked i give him an estimate for customer supplied heater also he is interested in changing out the kitchen faucet. I wrote up 4 estimates to send to customer. Will need building shut down to replace the water heater
Flow Pros was called out for a dripping angle stop. When i got onsite i was finally able to take off the nut and ferral, the hard water made it very difficult to take off. Put on new nut and ferral no leaks Shower tub spout is still dripping water. I gave customer estimate to replace the shower valve due to the cartridge not able To come out. Flow Pros is not responsible for any leaking or dripping from the shower valve. It needs changed out

Arrived onsite customer had a toilet that was not flushing properly. I was able to use the hand auger 6th to clear stoppage. Toilet flushing fine. Job paid in full and complete
