Take out existing 40 gallon natural gas water heater. Put in new 40 gallon natural gas water heater. This will come with new shut off valve new flex connectors new gas line. Water heater will come with a six year warranty on the tank to your labor warranty. This heater is also going to be fully permitted and inspected. This price does include inspection fees. Heater is working properly. All lines have been tested. Gas line has been tested. No other issues at this time.

Bad filtration system. I’ll work comes with a two year warranty, parts and labor on our parts only no other issues at this time.

We are going to be installing a new Navion 150 for the detached barn. This will be installed with an outdoor vent hood. We will transition piping from PVC to sea PVC. Unit will come with a valve kit. Water heater was installed with new piping. New gas line new gas valve. New shut off valve. Everything is working as should no leaks. Water heater is getting hot. Water heater comes with a six year warranty on the tank one year parts and labor warranty on all other material. No other issues at this time.

Provided a complimentary quote to install a new Navion tankless non-condensing water heater. This will take the place of an existing tankless water heater. We will remove the old water heater, cut out the old piping, mount the new water heater, and put in new piping with new isolation valves for proper maintenance on the unit. This will include a new gas line with new electrical connections. This unit will come with a 15-year manufacturer's warranty on parts and a labor warranty on all of the materials that Flow Pros provides. This will be a one-day install we will discard all old material. This unit will qualify for a $350 rebate through TECO Energy.

Customer had warranty pipe issue pipe fitting connecting inside the roof went bad unknown cause. I cut that section of piping out transitioned to a glue in brass piece. Everything is working as should no leaks. No other issues at this time. This is a warranty job.

They attempted to diagnose the issue themselves, inform the customer that it was the delta cartridge that has failed and allowing water to seat by the cartridge and out the showerhead customer approved replacing the shower cartridge with a new blue bottom delta cartridge. The old one is original to the Home the customer believes after removing the cartridge, cleaned up the valve to remove any hard water buildup or debris and install the new cartridge with extra plumbers grease on the seals to prevent the cartridge from getting stuck in the valve

Customer had redone bathroom downstairs in the hallway. Installed customer supplied vanity with Fossett. Put in to new angle stops with new P-trap. Vanity is secured to the wall. Fossett is working properly. Also put in 10 inch rough in Gerber toilet. This was put in with new wax ring, new closet bolts. I was not able to change the supply line as this was done with a shark bite and would’ve had to remove a part of the wall to get the old supply line out Toilet is flushing properly. The customer is going to pick out their own caulking to match the tile to finish ceiling off the toilet. Also installed customer supplied toilet in the master bathroom. This was done with new wax ring new supply line, new closet bolts toilet is installed, however The flange is raised slightly higher than normal. I did have to shim the toilet due to the toilet being on the upstairs floor. There is a little bit of movement under the toilet the only way to fix this would be to cut the flange and replace with a
