Customer was noticing a sewer gas smell today and noticed loud noise when flushing the toilets. This could be in a constant thing that they did not notice upon arrival flush the toilet in the master bathroom and ran the water in the sink in the garden. There was no signs of a back up or gurgling. After speaking with the customer for a little bit of time found out that they never use the standup shower and only the garden tub was able to shine a light in the drain and noticed that the P-trap was completely dried out. Ran a little bit of water to refill the trap and the sound went away , there was no smell upon arrival of flow pros could’ve been rush sewage coming from the city when homeowners got home in the neighborhood and just pushed up through the P-trap mentioned the camera inspection. The customer is going to see how this works.
Installed hose bib and hot water cartridge
Customer has a full septic. That will need to be pumped first.
Customer was experiencing low water pressure after running the washing machine. I believe it’s a newer washing machine. They are on a well. The well is sitting at 40 psi do recommend consulting with a well company to increase the PSI. It is a long run for that pump to send the water to the home over 100+ feet and then through two Culligan filtration systems that are three years old, put the systems on bypass to verify that they were not the cause of the low water pressure
Flow pros was called out to check on a stoppage. Flow pros found that upon arrival the stoppage had cleared and no further issues were found. Flow pros notes if the issue re occurs a camera from the clean out will be needed.
Customer is going to wait on doing any work
Leak on irrigation the main main waterline inch and a quarter customer is going to fix it themselves found the shut off for the customer
Customer purchased a new gas dryer. Hooked up customer supplied gas line to the dryer. I did have to purchase a reduced 90 in order to fit the dryer with the gas line. I did a leak test. Everything is sealed and working as should I went over the install with the customer and the customer has no questions at this time. I’ll work with a two year warranty parts and labor on our parts only no other issues at this time.
Upon arrival customer thought it was a plumbing issue it was not I confirmed by checking meter the damage was caused due to a backed up AC drain line.
Customer was removing a shower cartridge out of the master bathroom. The customer had almost removed all of the cartridge it did get stuck was able to remove the cartridge with no damage to the valve installed. Customer supplied cartridge and tested thoroughly to verify there was no leaks or damage to the valve Prior to Arrival no warranty
I arrived to the customers home for a estimate on replacing a broken cpve pipe in the wall and a angel stop The customer denied and said that someone could do it for 300 No warranty
Customer is going to do the work themselves said they can’t afford to fix at this time
To cut out a section of your drywall then remove your old shower arm then go in the attic and reroute the shower head and tie in on the other side 1 year warranty
Customer has existing tankless that is short cycling periodically through the day. I went over repair and replacement options with the customer. Customer decided to replace with a new. Navien 210s. This unit will be installed with new piping new isolation valves new gas line. Unit will come with a 15 year manufacture warranty to your labor warranty. This unit unit will be installed fully too. This unit does have a $350 rebate from the electric company. Also including a moen mixing valve cartridge for the hallway bathroom. Unit is installed and working properly.
Customer had leaking Moen 1225 shower cartridge. I was able to The old shower cartridge and replace a new cartridge cartridge. New cartridge has been lubricated. I made sure that the shower valve was clear. I made the proper adjustments so that the shower handle works properly. Everything is working as should no leaks. All work comes with two year warranty parts and labor. No other issues at this time.
Customer was having an issue with the kitchen drain line. They attempted to cable out the drain themselves and was unsuccessful on clearing the drain. Customer was doing work in the master bathroom upstairs on the faucets. Customer ran water for about 10 minutes and had water dripping down through the vanity. The water eventually made it through the subfloor and came to the bottom floor where the kitchen area is the customer had already cut out a section of the drywall, we cut out additional sections of drywall and ran water from multiple locations flush the toilet multiple times ran the laundry and found no visible leaking water. The customer is going to keep an eye on the open areas, but as of now no leak is present. No other issues at this time.

Flow pros is not responsible for pre-existing pipes. We have to connect to. When I arrived, there was a hose bib in garage that was leaking and a hose bib on the outside of home and I was broken. I gave homeowner a estimate to replace both he agreed. Also, check out the softener he has in his garage and left on the estimate for that. Left on the estimate to replace CPVC ball valve in garage, which is the main water shut off. After he sign for the two hose bibs, I began to work. Remove the outside one first then install new.. no issues. Remove the one in garage second in the screws were loose so I replaced the screws that we’re holding it to the wall before replacing with new hose bib. Shut the water back on the leaks. Job is complete for now. Wants me to come back and change out the ball valve for the main shut
Test pumping system . Test full plumbing system 4 bathroom home This is to determine which side of the house to snake if at all. I flushed all toilets when I arrived, and they all sound clear Auger guest bathroom two. 2 out of four bathrooms are being affected. Split home. Will auger the furthest toilet, and run to attempt to clear blockage. No warranty on clog Camera and record for bathroom, home kitchen and laundry. Take all necessary photos. If there are any issues, we will locate the precise points in Home snap photos of marked areas. Snake from roof vent Attempt to restore flow. No warranty on clog. When I arrive, homeowner stated that the bathroom on the right side of the home was backed up I flush the toilets they weren’t backing up. Run a diagnostic. He agreed to that. This is to do a 2 1/2 bathroom waterline re-pipe re-pipe will begin on the right side of the garage where the Watermain ties in. From there we will put on a new shut off valve hose bib and pressure relief valve. Pipe will be ran in a trunk and branch system Trunk lines will be three-quarter inch branch lines will be half inch. The kitchen is going to require trenching through the concrete slab. Slab will be cut at a minimum. But will be the responsibility of the homeowner to get the slab repaired along with the tile. We will then run waterlines to the half bathroom upstairs bathroom and master bathroom. We will have to remove tile for the garden tub in order to access the hot and cold valves and tile may need to be removed or drywall cut in order to access the master shower valve if we are not able to run the piping down the wall.
