Sold water line repipe to start next Monday

Water heater is currently leaking from base. Also at angle stop for icemaker line water heater was a 2018 box store brand suggestion to replace with either hybrid, tankless or standard tank. Will give all three options.6yr tank 1 yr parts and labor warranty.

I arrived to the customers business do to there being no hot water the heater is a 100 gallon power vented heater bradford white I gave the option to both the flame and ignition rod or attempt to clean them to see if it worked for 650 No warranty To pull and remove your flame and ignition rod then replace them with new ones

Customer had angle stop that had broke off at the pipe going to a hand washing sink. This was the wrong stop installed that caused the break. I cut out both the hot and cold stops and installed proper glue in stops. The cold stop was extended out slightly to be able to access the handle. Stops are working as should. No leaking all work comes with a 2 year parts and labor warranty on our parts only. No other issues at this time.

Customer originally had a damaged drywall section in the back guest bathroom. There is a vent stack there, but it goes straight to the attic. There is no plumbing up above. Customer is going to get a roofing company to assess the issue on site at the customers home they addressed a issue with the side on, the left sink in the master bathroom, pulled apart the cartridge and was able to restore flow back to the faucet. There was a clogged filter on the PF Faucet

Customer was unsure about the side of the house, the right side, being damaged for the yard drainage and downspouts. They noticed water puddling up and coming from the gutter system was able to clear out the debris out of the gutter system and perform a camera inspection on the remaining ground drain lines to verify that they are open and working as they should.

In the future, customer is getting pavers installed on the right side of the house and in the backyard before this is done customer would like a new waterline ran to the backyard that they could use to tie onto two for a outdoor sink and a hose bib it is approximately 85 feet a quote was created and sent over to the customer

Customer had new tenants arrive and noticed a fluctuation in the hot water in the master bathroom. Customer originally thought it was a tankless issue after checking the shower notice that the showerhead had very low pressure and was the only fixture having issues with the hot water. customer is going to, replace the showerhead Is the price for 199 to diagnose the tankless water heater in the system? Customer is going to wait at this time and try the showerhead.

Customer wanted maintenance done on tankless water heater. Did a full D scale and system flush also cleaned out the filter pulled out. Debris filter is now clean. Customer also had a sewer smell coming from the upstairs bathroom. This is more than likely due to grease in the P-trap and possibly the waist arm. Customer does have a drain enzyme and is going to use a heavy treatment and also clean the P-trap. no other issues at this time.

Customer has rotten egg smell smell coming from the hot side possibly from the water heater. Water heater was installed roughly a month ago. This was a customer supplied water heater. Customer is on well water and does have water treatment after doing an inspection on the heater found out the anode rod is in good shape Did a chlorine treatment chlorine has been pumped through all the hotlines and in the water heater to hopefully rid of any bacteria that is causing the rotten egg smell. I did explain to the homeowner that there is no guarantee that the smell will go away. This is only the first step.

To determine if the brake on the water line is on homeowners side or city side. No warranty After digging up the Watermain meter box and pumping water out of it We weren’t able to determine that a break in the line is on the city side and we won’t be able to make the repair. Advised them that they need to call city. The neighbor who is Watermain is broken already called the city and the hoa . Job is complete.

Diagnostic of kitchen faucet. No warranty with work. Not responsible for an unforeseen events to faucet Check under cabinet for motion sensor. Tested senor believe it’s bad. Will remove old for new moen center set faucet. 2 year parts and labor warranty provided by pro flows. Flow pros is not responsible for any connection points water lines etc.. Gave to swap it faucet . Homeowner agreed. Went to Home Depot and grab a new one . Came back installed. No issues. Job completed.

Customer has had a full redo of the backyard with new pavers installed on the right side of the house. Customer was trying to drain their pool and was unable to fully drain the pool due to the lack of water going through the drainage system that the gutter system was connected to as well and ground drains performed to camera inspection from Four locations to downspouts near the front the pool, drain inlet, and the main ground drain. It is a 6 inch corrugated pipe to 3 inch when it gets closer to the front of the home there is three locations that the pipe is crushed underneath the pavers near the pool pump is for the downspout and the pool pump drain and then in the yard before the paver starting there is a crushed section of pipe that is for a ground drain in the front and Uploaded pictures and videos

Customer had leaking half-inch waterline in the master bathroom. This was discovered once demo started from wet spots in the bathroom. Found that waterline to the shower valve was leaking. Replaced three waterlines going to the shower valve along with new copper fittings. Also put on new glue in Emergency stops and took out the old compression stops. Put on new breakaway discussions. Also repiped the piping going to the garden tub. Also customers main shut off our would not close all the way cut the old valve out put in a new brass quarter ball valve . I did make the customer aware that another pinhole leak could open. Customer declined to do a re-pipe at this time but is aware that could happen in the future. All work comes with a two-year warranty parts and labor on our parts only if customer wants to proceed with a re-pipe, we will give a half credit from the original job of the pipe repair.

Fixed the shower valves on Justin’s job

We will return on Saturday july 29th to install new water heater 40 gallon slim and customer provided shower valve as well as replumb under vanity. Customer provided $800 deposit for work that will be done. Job cost agreed upon is 4000 even.

Customer has leaking shower valve in the upstairs bathroom. Customer did prior work on the valve also installed a new tub spout. However customer wants the shower valve replaced. This will be a sliding scale from $1200-$1400 to complete the job. Work will come with a two-year warranty parts and labor, the shower walls are damage from the customers previous repair. I will make all attempts to cover the holes. However, further repair on the shower wall may be needed customer aware of that. New shower valve is installed and working properly. I did install a Smitty plate to attempt to cover up the existing hole. Most of the hole is covered up however there is still a section on the bottom that was cut too far and this mini plate does not completely cover. No other issues at this time.

Customer has a cabinet style water softener. The unit is malfunctioning took a couple pieces apart to see if I can make work was unsuccessful. Went over options for a new softener and a new iron filter. Customer is gonna let us know on what option they wanna do.

Customer had softener that was beginning to slow the water pressure to the home. After putting the softener in bypass found that the pressure came back to normal. I went over options of getting a new softener or taking out. Customer wanted the softener removed. I did cut the piping that was on the softener loop. I made a direct connection with a new brass ball valve. New connection is working as should no leaks. The piping has been UV coated. Work comes with a two-year warranty parts and labor. I did remove the brain tank from the softener system. However, the customer wanted the softener to stay in place until they could bring in fill dirt to fill the hole that would be removing the unit. Customer customer authorized over the phone no other issues at this time.

Customer had broken tub, spout, and the upstairs bathroom. I had to cut off the broken tub spout. Customer did purchase a new tub spout. I had to solder on a male fitting in order for the tub to thread on. Customer did previous work on the shower valve, the shower valve is bent And does not turn off all the way. Customer is aware of that. No warranty on the work due to the condition of the shower valve. Tub spout is working properly however, shower does not turn off all the way and I was not able to put the discussion plate back on as the mounting brackets are bent.

This quote is to take out existing softener and put in a new Mixed bed filtration, and.. This unit is custom-made from charger water. This unit will have a .7 ft.³ carbon filter and a .7 ft.³ softener. Both units are powered, and the unit does clean and regenerate itself. The only maintenance required is to monitor the salt level and add salt. The unit will, 200 pounds of salt. New piping were applicable and new shut off valves. You will come with a 10 year warranty on the tank five year warranty on control head to your labor warranty. The old equipment will be disposed of by Flow Pros plumbing.

Customer has tankless water heater that is tripping the main board. Also, the heat exchanger is beginning to rot out. Customer had to decided to replace with a new Navion tankless water heater. This will be a condensing tankless water heater with new piping new brass isolation valves, new gas valve and new gas line going to the unit. This unit will be installed with an outdoor venting hood. Unit will be installed two code. This unit will come with a 15 year warranty on the heat exchanger two year labor warranty on all other parts and material. We are also going to be installing a new one and a half cubic foot mix bed filtration system with new piping new shut off valves. The unit will come with a .7 ft.³ softener and a .7 ft.³ powered carbon filter. This unit will come with 200 pounds of salt. Unit will have a 10 year warranty on the tank five year warranty two year labor warranty. Customer is going to finance through green sky.

Customer had broken 1 inch PVC pipe going into an irrigation backflow valve. I cut out the valve found that the fitting was broke off inside. Remove the broken fitting also remove the other plastic fitting on the other side of the valve. Replaced with metal threaded coupling. This will prevent any further breaking. The pipe has been UV painted. I did advise the customer to paint the pipe once the repair has been done. The repair is no leaks. With a two-year warranty parts and labor no other issues at this time.

Went out and completed the shower trim in one of the quest bathrooms. Got everything installed and tested.
