Flows Plumbing did an outstanding job installing my new High Efficiency Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater.From the very beginning, I was impressed. They responded promptly and courteously to my initial call, and their sales professional, Brad, provided a fast, accurate, and fair quote.On installation day, my technician, Paul, and his assistant arrived right on time. I appreciated receiving both a text and an email in advance with Paul’s photo and estimated arrival—great touch for customer confidence.Now the best part: Paul was not only polite and professional, but clearly skilled. He explained the process thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and got right to work. This was a technically involved job, given that my new water heater is a “smart” hybrid unit with all the latest features and functionality.Paul’s work was meticulous, and after inspecting it and running the system for over a day, I can say it’s working flawlessly. The workspace was left spotless—just as clean as when they arrived.I very highly recommend Flows Plumbing. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, every step was handled with professionalism, courtesy, and excellence. First-class service all around.

Allan did a great job at explaining the issues in our plumbing and helped us understand the pros vs cons of all of the options we had. He was thorough and very helpful. Highly recommend using him for any plumbing issues.

Had a leak of the toilet piping. The company responded promptly. Josh, the plumber, was efficient, thorough and friendly. It was 3 hours from the leak starting to complete resolution, outside of running a fan in affected area. Would recommend this company. I believe the price was fair but really don't have the background to know for sure. I am satisfied.
