I return today to install laundry box. Everything was going well until I noticed the part I purchase from Hydro Logix was cracked. Had to return it to get a new one so that made me have to spend a little bit more time on the job. Once I return to the straight back to work. Made all proper connections tested for leaks there were none. Job is complete.

Arrive for visual, leak detection. Upon inspection found that the laundry box was leaking on the hot water side. I gave her estimate for swapping out the hose bibs verbally with the homeowner’s wife wanted to swap out the whole entire thing so I gave them an estimate to do that. I also listed the pros and cons of doing both and they went with swapping the whole thing out. I also informed him that we are not responsible for drywall drywall be done by others. And I also informed them that we are not responsible for pre-existing pipes. We connect to only the work we perform. Also advise that they have a one year parts and labor warranty. If I do anything wrong or the part feels I will come back and do the work with no additional cost of them.

Cap and isolate hot supply to each unit so electric is paid for by each tenant for there consumption only, customer will provide tankless units we will install in dedicated locations specified by owners, all electric will be done by others. Also run dedicated hot and cold supplies to the new laundry room location and make proper connections to existing drain line to facilitate washers drain system to current code requirements.

Flow to remove the back pavers along the back right side of the home around 20 feet or so of pavers they are big pavers and will locate the 2 inch cast-iron drain line for the laundry and set a sub pump in the back left corner after the pump is installed will dig a trench around the back right side of the home on the other side of the kitchen tying into the main 4 inch cast-iron drain line 80 to 90 feet of two and sewer line will need to be laid and installed and connected to the sub pump and sewer line. Once all of the work has been performed and has been tested thoroughly will reinstall the soil over the sewer line one year warranty parts and labor on the pump five year warranty parts and labor on the piping. The reason a sub pump is being installed is due to the distance of the drain line would not meet for correct pitch to flow properly

Customer had a drain issue with the laundry drain 2 years ago a compt cabled and could not go past 50ft the customer approved a camera inspection and flow pros found the drain line is draining into a ground drain and the drainage is full of water and not draining into the earth as it should sent over a quote for a new pump fed system to fix the issue

No warranty on slow draining shower. I clean the drain and it is flowing.
I arrived. Homeowner wanted me to look at the upstairs toilet that was loose and it’s slow draining shower. I gave a estimate to remove toilet and told her that if the flange is broken, there will be an additional cost to repair. She agreed the snake and pull and reset. When I remove the toilet as I suspected, the flange is brok appreciate it gave her an estimate to do the repair. She agreed. I grabbed everything I needed to make necessary repairs. Flanges foods, tall is secure to flange new wax ring in closet bolts.
I used my rigid chain snake to remove calcium from shower drain. Then I used the drum snake to clear the whole 25 feet. Job is complete.

Customer had a leak in a half inch copper line. This was in a spare room. Cut out the bad section of copper and put a half inch cap soldered on. Everything is working as should no leaks. Copper repair comes with a two-year warranty parts and labor no other issues at this time.

Customer was having an issue with their one horsepower disposal. They overpacked the disposal with remnants of food. Customer approved of a un jamming of the disposal, removed the disposal, cleaned out the debris and the outlet line to the divider T for the other sink after reinstalling the disposal to the bracket tested thoroughly to verify that it was flowing as it should.

Flow Pros was called out for a laundry stoppage. Found out the laundry line is tied in to a dry well. I snaked 80 feet from roof vent and did not hit clog. I used the pistol auger down the shower drain, could not clear the line. There’s a chance the dry well is collapsed. We will be back out tomorrow to camera the line to see if it is infacr t broken Job complete
