I arrived to the customers hkme for a stoppage in the main line when i opened the cleanout it was full of water by the pseptic

I snaked both ways in the cleanout about 30 feet then i snaked towards the septic about 80 feet and got my cable stuck and pulled it out and the septic was still full rhw water level on the septic is higher then the sewer
