Customer had an active leak on the main waterline outside. It was previously located by a leak detection company. Customer approved of the repair had to expose the marked area finding a massive section of roots after removing the roots located damaged 1 inch PVC, a coupling failed and the pipe was cracked due to the massive root from the tree growing into the piping, there is a section that was submerged in the roots cut on each end of the opening and rerouted a section of the 1 inch PVC main line to restore flow back to the home due to the heavy amount of roots throughout the area. Flow Pros must cut the drywall in front of the vent stack and cut in a Cleanout to properly cable the drain. Separate estimate has been created to perform this task. The kitchen sink is currently still clogged. If approval is given to add in the Cleanout disregard this invoice.

Found that there was a dishwasher tail piece in place of the riser. Going to the waist arm P-trap. Took all that out cut the waist arm extended the waist arm by 8 inches put on new master trap, adapter put in new riser going to the sink sealed all drainage and fittings everything is working at shed. Tested water for 10 minutes no leaking all work comes with a one year warranty, parts and labor and no other issues at this time.
