Returned after peoples gas was here to look at a leak on the gas meter at the valve. They noticed that the venting for the new tankless did not have a candy gain style venting in PVC. They were going to shut the customers off, but due to the weather and the customer calling us while the Employee was on site. He’d left the gas on for the customer. Got the roof trim the shroud for the original ventilation and tied onto the 2 inch PVC that was inside of the venting and transition coupling to prevent any debris or critters from going down into the venting that is used as a conduit and installed the PVC 2 inch Candy cane style venting on the roof. This is all included with the previous tankless install

Arrived to clear a laundry line that Donovan was at a bit ago. They agreed to a cable and camera to clear blockage. I ran camera 1st and showed homeowner that it wasn’t the last techs fault . L8ne was packed full of gunk and grease where laundry and kitchen lines meets.
I used chain knocker and grease head to clear everything out of line . See attached photos and videos. Job is complete.

Customer had low water, pressure issues. Customer recently had well work done and switched to a different well pump to feed the home. Upon further inspection found that there was high amounts of dirt in the waterlines that was causing the fixtures to run slow. I did do a full flush of all the waterlines Cleared out all the aerators. I did have to replace the shower cartridge and the main bathroom as it was filled with dirt and other debris. The water pressure is now back to normal. I did a full inspection of the water heater. The water heater is only 19 gallons and will not provide , a long period of hot water however it is functioning properly. The water heater was not installed to code. The water heater has no check valve no shut off valve no drain line and no pan. The laundry valve is leaking. This quote is to take out the existing tank water heater. And install a new Navien tankless water heater. This will be a condensing water heater with a built-in recirculation pump. Water heater will be installed to code with new piping new brass isolation valves new gas line and new venting. This water heater will produce 12 gallons a minute up to 140°, this unit does have a built-in recirculation pump and for full functionality will require a recirculation loop in the furthest bathroom. This unit qualifies for a $550 rebate through peoples gas. We will also move over the existing water softener to optimize space in the garage that will be done with new piping and new shut off valves for the new piping to the softener unit. This also includes the recirculation loop that is installed in the bathroom. Water heater will come with a 15 year manufacture warranty two year labor warranty. This is near a city tap clean out the roots seem to be coming from a broken two-way, clean out most likely ran over by a lawnmower and cracked the thin wall piping. Customer had leaking shower handle in the hallway bathroom. This was due to a faulty cartridge that eroded overtime. Put in a new shower cartridge. Shower valve is now working properly is no longer leaking. The new cartridge was lubricated to help once this one wears out. Shower function is back to normal. Work comes with a two-year warranty parts and labor. No other issues at this time.

Flow Pros was walled out to give an estimate to run new water lines for washing machine in the garage. Gave customer estimate and the estimate was approved. Work scheduled to be completed on tuesday morning.

Looked over the customers toilet it is an old American standard over 50 years. Old customer was looking to possibly rebuild it, but due to the components in the toilet, it is unable to be rebuilt. Could possibly put an aftermarket parts but they may not fit.
