When I arrive Thursday, all lines were backed up. I was able to clear the master bathroom on agreed estimate for cabling that line only. I figured I would be able to clear the whole home from that inlet, but I was unable to around the camera outside of the home and located a spot to install the clean out. Told homeowner that the only way to clear out the rest of the liners by installing a clean out and Hydro scrubbing the entire home. He agreed on that estimate I was off Friday so I came back today to complete the job. Today is Monday. When I arrive today, I’ll set up and go straight to work started working on setting up a tent to cover the hole where we had to dig and cover the toilets with red carpet so we didn’t have any accidents in the home. I arrived at the customer’s home to fix a leak on the ice maker line, which was damaged by rats. I offered two solutions: replacing the line with copper tubing for durability or installing a protective box to shield it. I explained that both options include a one-year warranty.
