Customer approved of the following work, gaining access to the roof and using the main 3 inch vent stack and ran a cable with a funnel head on the end, ran the cable out 80 feet during that process of running that cable out it cleared the stoppage tested the bathroom multiple times by running the tub and flushing the toilet everything seems to back to normal. Customer did just move in not too long ago within this month, first issue They have noticed

I arrive today to clear the kitchen laundry drain. Homeowner agreed on the estimate. When I went to snake it from the kitchen, I realize there was a pressure of 90. So I attempted from the laundry when I pulled on the plumbing for the laundry everything came apart all the fittings were not glued properly. I create an estimate to do the repair for that. Homeowner agreed I left to get the parts once I came back I mean all necessary cuts to make my new plumbing work. Job is complete.

I tried to snake from the roof on both vents and it didn’t work so I pulled the toilet and snaked from there 90 feet to clear the line and pulled a tampon out

Upon further investigation, we turn the water on to the water heater and water was coming out of the faucet hot. I didn’t find any visible leaks around water heater or copper piping in the location of water heater.
When I pulled the washing machine away from the wall, I noticed the hose Drippin at the point of connection to the washing machine. The homeowner had an extra hose, so I swapped it out for her at no cost. Homeowner is invisible pain and I wanted to lighten the load of another bill so I did the work pro bono.
After I reconnect with the new hose, I slid the washing machine back in place and checked for leaks. There were none job is complete.

When I arrive, homeowner showed me the hose bib that was leaking. In addition to another one that’s on the other side of the house. The main water shut off to the home is boiler style and is seized up. So I went to the main water shut off to try and turn off the water and that is seized up as well. Homeowner has to contact the county and have them replace her main water shut off to her home from the city. I created three estimates for the homeowner estimates a good for 30 days.
Was not able to complete any work today due to the fact I could not turn off the main water
