This quote is to replace the sewer stack the connects to the kitchen and upstairs hallway bathroom. This will require cutting through the wall to run the the new stack. We will also have to cut the wall for the waste arms. New waste arm for the hallway bathroom and kitchen. Once the new stack is ran we will test the sewer and sure proper air flow and water drains properly. We are not responsible for replacing cut wall or ceiling. This job will take approximately 3 days. Material will have a 15 year manufacture warranty and a 10 year labor warranty on our workmanship.

Whoever did the plumbing prior to me fixing it used fernco in the ground to plumb in a wye. That area was sagging causing a blockage in home.
Prior to me, digging it up, I did not know it was a Y, because that section of pipe was underwater.
I corrected the plumbing by digging up a 4’ x 2’ wide hole cut in three sections of the pipe coupling the 2 inch line and using No hub bands on the four-inch sides. Job is complete.

Cleared the stoppage on the kitchen drain line . The first floor apartment has sewage water all over the floor. Pulled out lots of debris. See the pics attached. When tested the line noticed water coming from the second floor waste line. Most likely is the copper waste arm that connects to the kitchen sink. Would recommend to replace the waste arms on both apartments and the cast iron 2” drain stack because all the walls are exposed on the first floor apartment.
Or just replace the waste arms on the second floor kitchen sink.

Once that occurs, we will then cut out all oxidize, copper pipes and replace with new improperly transition to CPVC. I will make all necessary cuts to repair leak.

When I arrive today, it was for a leak in a tough tough spot. I created an estimate. Homeowner agreed, and I got straight to work. I had to remove drywall and pieces of floor joist to gain access.
Once I got to the area that was causing the leak, I had to sweat out the fitting which was almost impossible.

I cleaned up all trash, drywall and dust debris from unit below. I tested for leaks there were none.

Arrived for a leaky water heater Bradley installed. Upon further investigation, I realize the unit itself has failed. TMP drains outside. And all the water is in the bottom of the tank draining into Pan.

The customer that called in is the daughter to the owners of the home. She is staying here during the storm while the mother is away. They noticed a leak between the city sidewalk and the driveway water coming up at the flex joint. Customer approved of the final amount for the repair due to it being also an unknown repair going off of what the owner was previously told of type of pipe and location, proceed to jackhammer up the driveway removing as minimum concrete as possible. Customer is aware that flow pros is not responsible for putting back the Concrete after removing the driveway and removing the soil was able to cut back a massive section of roots that was growing around a three-quarter PVC waterline the lower 90° fitting around a foot to foot and a half deep was damaged and leaking has been leaking for sometime now, tell due to the amount of PVC that has been eaten away by the water flowing through the crack was able to cut out the section of PVC and install pressure regulated P

Located the sewer, exposed the main sewer pipe. Cut out a section and installed the 4” pvc ball valve . Left the valve closed per customer request.
Customer will open the valve himself after the hurricane.

Had to remove and reset the downstairs toilet because camera wasn't clearing thru the roof vent.
