Turn on water to dishwasher water was off to the dishwasher and customer was unaware water is now on and and dishwasher is working properly

I arrived to the customers home for a disposal that wont turn on

When i tested the disposal it was jammed and i couldn’t unjam it i gave options to replace it and the customer said she would like a customer supplied one

No warranty

Just had to adjust p trap

Homeowner needed three P-trap swapped out. I gave them an estimate he agreed. The Accordion style traps were swapped out for regular and waste arm extensions were add on all of them. Homeowners have a one year parts and labor warranty provided by flow pros.

Also, one of the waist arm connections is loose in the wall. I recorded a video see all attach photos and videos of work performed.

Customer had water heater that was from 2005. Wanted it replaced due to its age. Put a new 40 gallon electric water heater with new pan. New piping new shut off valve new electrical connections. Everything is working as leaks. Water heater is getting hot. Water heater comes with a six year warranty on the tank two year labor warranty. No other issues at this time.

Customer said we are too expensive wanted filter installed for $300

Flow Pros was called out for a sewer smell in the home. There are no obvious signs of the cause. Flow Pros will camera the sewer to locate the outside sewer. Flow Pros will dig the sewer up and cut a section free. Flow Pros will then perform a smoke test on the home to test for sewer leaks causing the smell. This quote is to take out and install a new Navien tankless water heater. This will be a non-condensing tankless heater heater that is currently on the home is 150,000 BTUs which is a little under sized. The unit we would be providing is 180,000 BTUs and provides right at 8 gallons a minute at 140°, this unit will come with new isolation valves, new shut off valve, new gas line, new electrical connections, going to the unit the heater will come with a 15 year manufacture warranty, one year warranty and all other parts and labor. This will be a one day install, this quote, includes all material labor, and hauling away of other old material . This install might qualify for it and energy rebate, depending on if gas provider is doing that at this time.

Gave two separate quotes on installing tankless water heater

There was a small drip on the tubular joint for the newly installed drain line underneath the sink replaced the compression ring from Hydro departure originally from Lowe’s due to the only place around that had the parts tested. The system thoroughly filled up the sinks multiple times during them did not notice any leaks.

Customer got the countertops, replaced and a new deep style sink. There was a low profile sink in there before customer needed the new drain lines ran for the new sink in the basket strainers install there was a double wye coming from the west arm that was removed and installed a new kitchen waste kit that connected both drain lines from the strainers to one drain line this had to be done to be able to add the dishwasher drain line connection before the P-trap added in a 45° inch and a half PVC fitting to create the right angle needed to connect the drain line note that this drain line is higher than recommended due to the waist arm being higher than it should due to the deep sink. Customer may experience slightly slower draining if the customer is dumping both of the sinks at the same time due to the lack of drain line underneath the sink.

Took out and installed customer supplied kitchen sink faucet. This is a motion sensor faucet. I did a complete test on the unit. Everything is working as it should no leaks. Also installed a customer supplied dog washing station in the laundry room. This was done with new waterlines new shut off valves and new drainage. Everything is working, as should no leaks. All work comes with a one-year warranty, parts and labor on our parts. Only customer paid with check no other issues at this time.
