When I arrived I located cleanout under pavers. Ran camera for before videos.. I then placed miller in line which was three inch under home. I milled each branch line as well as the 2” kitchen line. Once done I ran camera done stream which turned out to be cast iron . I told the homeowner and she said to have joe come back and give her and estimate.

The waist arm would have to be replaced or a riser would have to be installed at the bottom of the cabinet feeding down to the garage where all the plumbing is located Customer wants an estimate for a re-pipe and some drain line installs for an add-on shower and a relocating of a vanity plus the install of the new drain line for the kitchen. Flow Pros was called to install a customer supplied toilet. I picked up the toilet from Home Depot. Got onsite and pulled the old toilet. They have a cast iron flange with a pvc insert. I did recommend changing the flange but the lady said to get with the landlord. Installed new customer supplied toilet and grouted. No leaks job paid in full and complete. This quote is for a two bathroom kitchen, laundry, water heater, re-pipe. This will be a re-pipe of the water lines. Re-pipe will begin from the city meter, and we will run a new Watermain from the meter to the home. This will enter through the garage. The new Watermain will have a new shut off valve, hose bib and pressure relief valve. We will then enter the home through the attic with a trunk and branch system. Main waterline will be ran and three-quarter inch piping and branch lines will be ran and half inch piping , new waterlines will be ran to both bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, water, heater, and water softener. Arrived onsite to an angle stop on a galvanized nipple leaking. I swapped out the angle stop and replaced with new angle stop and thread lock. The galvanized nipple is is rough shape and I let customer know. No warranty on the angle stop due to the condition of the galvanized water line. Job paid in full and complete

Customer had a expansion tank start to leak out of the side of the tank. Customer shut down the water before any water damage was done and purchased a new tank. Remove the old one off the copper piping and checked the pressure within the tank to verify that it was correct and reinstalled the new tank to the copper it is a threaded on tank.
